These General Conditions are applicable for agreements between ICIPICI B.V. and customers who order Items through the Soap Studio on-line shop. General conditions and other conditions referred to by customers are not valid.

Offers and Contracts
Offers are subject to confirmation and not binding, unless a binding warranty is expressed. Orders are only binding if we have confirmed them or performed them by delivering the Items. After the Customer has placed the order by filling in and confirming the online-form, the contract receives formal approval by our subsequent explicit confirmation or performance of the order.

Right of revocation
The Customer can revoke the Contract by returning the Items within seven (7) weekdays after the package was delivered, without stating any reasons. The Contract becomes only effective on receipt of the Items by approval of the Customer and at the latest on expiry of the above mentioned period of 7 days for returning the Items.
The punctual dispatch of the revocation or the returned Items is sufficient for the protection of the right of revocation, which means:
The Items are not used, worn, washed or damaged;
identification tags and labels must still be attached to the Items with the disposable seal;
the Items must be returned on the expense of the Customer in their original packaging;
If these terms are not met the Customer is obliged to pay compensation.

Supply reservations
All information on delivery periods are just an indication. ICIPICI will undertake best efforts to fulfil here obligation to delivery the Items within the expressed periods. In the case that ICIPICI is not able to deliver the Items in 30 days after the date of ordering, the Customer has the right to cancel the order. ICIPICI is not obliged to perform the contract in the case there are Items which cannot be delivered due to unavailability. The Customer will be informed immediately and any prepayments will be reimbursed to the Customer.

Prices
An offer might have mistakes in text and or pricing, in which case ICIPICI reserves the right not to accept the contract. If ICIPICI decides to decline the offer, the Customer will be informed immediately. The published prices include VAT. Cost of transport can vary depending on destination country. ICIPICI has the right to change prices at any time. Changes in pricing does not reflect current contracts.

Privacy statement
All customer data worthy of protection are handled according to legal regulations. All personal data will be treated confidentially. Only data, which are relevant for transaction processes, are saved. The customer has at any time the possibility to reject the use, processing and transfer of his data for marketing activities or revoke the permission. After having received the customer’s revocation, ICIPICI will stop any use of the customer’s data. The Customer has the right to inspect his personal data free of charge and at all times and permits ICIPICI to adjust these data if required when inaccuracies occur. From time to time ICIPICI will perform an analysis on our member and transaction databases. The results of this analysis may be released to third parties, but only in aggregate form and will contain no personal information at all.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the Dutch law, place of jurisdiction will be Amsterdam.
